From Auckland:
- Take SH 1, North. Follow the signs for Whangarei.
- Turn left for Dargaville (St. Highway 12) after Kaiwaka.
- From Dargaville, follow St. Highway 12 towards the Waipoua Forest.
- Kaurivale is signposted either side of the Babylon Coast Road turn off.
- Kaurivale is 3 kms from St. Highway 12 on the right.
